Been a while!

Okay, so it has been FOREVER since I have updated, or even been on here for that matter. So...to catch you all up!

We moved....twice.

We moved from our awesome home in Bryan, Tx to a much smaller, down-graded home in Silsbee, Tx a couple of months ago, due to a fantastic job offer Matt just couldn't pass up. It was a quick decision and definitely did not work out! It was just too small and not right for our family! So we moved again! To Beaumont, Tx...about 30 miles from Silsbee and a whopping 3 hours from Bryan-College Station :(. But the home we are in now is fabulous and has plenty of room for our extremely active and growing family! We just moved in about a week ago and are super excited about the future that lies here. Beaumont might not be my dream location for now, but we might as well make the best out of it. ...Plus, the closet is HUGE, which is always a bonus.

Matt is doing great at his 'new' job. He loves what he does and it is definitely keeping him busy. I love having him close by again and living under the same room for the first time in almost 7 months!

I am doing fantastic as well. I was supposed to start school here in Beaumont this semester (this past monday), but transferring into Lamar University is a nightmare and has delayed my plans... :( But again, I will be making the best of my time off. I have very much enjoyed being able to design another home and making it our own.

Madison is growing everyday. I swear she grows a foot everytime I am away from her! She is so smart and picks up on everything. She LOVES to talk and her personality is so outgoing and bubbly. She wakes up every morning and yells, "goooodd mooorrrnnning, mommy!!"..and then asks for breakfast (which she loves to try and prepare herself). Usually, the next thing that comes out of her mouth is, "We going bye-bye? Shopping??"...that's my girl! :) I am super excited that she will be using some of that energy every Thursday night now!...She will begin attending a tiny tots gymnastics class next week! If the trial class goes well and she likes it, hopefully we will continue! We had potty training down until the move, and then she lost it all...so now we are back up and running with that. It's not as easy the second time! ...But she will get the hang of it again; she's a quick learner.

We are missing a lot of the family. Hopefully, we can take a little time off soon and make road trips to visit. Wishing you all a goodnight (and days) until next time!
